Any Good Music Download Service?

I signed up for the free trial of Napster and after spending two days and
downloading about 1000 songs, I found out that I cannot fucking convert the
wma to mp3 or otherwise use the music because it is DRM protected.

So I can listen to it on the computer and I can burn cds if I BUY THE MUSIC
but the service ($14.99 per month) does not give me anything except the
ability to download DRM protected songs to my computer only.

I want music that I can convert to mp3 for my mp3 player and to wav for my
CD burner, and I want the music to be free of copy protection.

Any good services out there that are cheap and yet have all the good bands
like Rage Against The Machine, System of a Down, etc.?? Wal-Mart downloads
do not have RATM or SoaD,

maybe they need to rock.
Maybe it's for the money? But That's none of our business..our business as fans is to rock
with them.

Go buy CDs and rip them. It's cheaper than downloading, and since the
examples you gave play such crappy music you can probably find them
used in the dollar bins.

Perhaps a solution is right here:
http://www.undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/> Scroll down to the app
SoundTaxi !!
>

Can you get any songs converted with the free trial version? I appreciate
the link. I think it says it can only convert one song at a time by
recording it while it plays?

If you have any experience with Sound Taxi or Tunebite, PLMK!

Thanks!

There's a ton of software that will capture audio, or did you even think of that?
