What does "accurate" mean in a subjective evaluation?

Why not make it the "3000 greatest British Invasion artists, and then it
is bound to be "accurate".

Even 150 is obviously too long to ensure that the choices will actually
represent enduring quality: many of these are obscure, and I'm certain
wouldn't really top anyone's idea of "great". The list begins to sputter
out around 33 or so, and before that the information is basically common
coin stuff. Hardly interesting to anyone who knows even the slightests
thing about the musical scene of the time.

So what's the point? Trying to bore us all to death so you can break
into our homes and steal our Velveeta?
