system is not ata all booting

... the drive to reinstall the files.she closed the system directly without insertimg the cd.now the system is not booting.Windows is not even starting.when i go to the cmos features page and try to reboot it,the system is restarting but not rebooting.what should i do

Well, in a manner of speaking OneNote *IS* a commenting feature. I mean it's basically a repository for unstructured data so you can just comment right on the page. It would be extremely useful to instead have an option to have the attachment added as a printout in a new page (or subpage). I could do with this as I copied a page earlier and then managed to edit *both* of them ... me ON is a fantastic piece of software. And the synching feature is unique. Rainald
