Isn't this the same mean-spirited "Ben" who criticized Carreras for
rising up on his toes when he sang high notes? Maybe Domingo, his
favorite tenor, should have tried it a few times (at least at the end
of Pira). Yes, a real authority on vocal technique...
I particularly loved his "nothing personal"!
