SOURCECODEX: Guided Relaxations through Soundwaves

New CD out . . .

Here's a headsup to a compilation of SourceCodeX's best moments to
promote that sense of timelessness and de-stressing, neuro-chem
release . . . new material on this release only.

I was asked to speak on ambient music and relaxation after being in
local news about my music. I compiled the fav trax from all my
releases and offered them for sale at lecture. Feedback was good as to
the CD's calming effect so I decided to release it officially.

Other than James Johnson's Surrender or Steve Roach's Quiet Music
being on daily repeat mode, in my car CD player -- it is actually my
own stuff on this collection, many times, that I find the most
effective in de-stressing -- no brag, just fact.

Samples, sales, and info here:

Ciao!

Happy travels . . . "brain drool" warning

  Angelic Mentalloid Fixation

I've been suffering from a bad bad bad case of CD-squatting lately, with
either

Die Form/ Duality ([trinity]/Metropolis) (1997)/ "Leda's secret", "Anode
current", "Transvisions", "Love is cold II", "The missing beauty" and "The
hidden cage" (29:44)

or

Die Form/ ExHuman (trisol/Metropolis) (2006)/ "Agnostic Vision",
"Morphosis", "Hypnogramme", "Fatal Insomnia", "Dismember" and "Vox
ExHumana" (26:52)

in the rack (I'd rate the two about equally great, with _Duality_ slightly
the better overall, while _ExHuman_ is more powerful and clubbable).

But finally deliberately broke free today with

Mentallo and the Fixer/ Where Angels Fear to Tread (no date)(Zoth Ommog/
Metropolis)/ "Power Struggle", "Abominations Unleashed", "Decomposed",
"Atom Smasher", "Bring to a Boil" and "Sacrilege (Grimpen Ward)" (35:47)

"Atom Smasher" indeed. Woof.

Next, I think, to consolidate the break (tennis-speak), that ancient
classic and indeed to my mind type release of the genre,

With a strong focus on unique electronic sounddesign and structures, v/a - Vortex

With a strong focus on unique electronic sounddesign and structures, v/
a - Vortex has turned into a solid collection of next level sonic
wizardry.
All of the artists involved have dedicated an extremely respectable
amount of time and effort to sculpt their submission until it was
perfect.
Could it be possible that 1 reason for this has to do with the fact
that v/a - Vortex was a compilation that simply needed to be made?

Let's do a quick rundown to get to know these wonderful artists:

Hecq, German sounddesign professional with an admirable discography on
labels such as Hymen, Bnkcrsh, ...
Otets Dekan, Zoogoo and brother Chlorophyll Fluxbunny, who
collaborated intensely on their morphing...

AUCTIONS FROM THE COLLECTION OF GENESIS P-ORRIDGE

I have been asked by Industrial Music pioneer Genesis Breyer P-Orridge
(Throbbing Gristle, Psychic TV, Thee Majesty) to sell some items that
s/he is no longer using. Inclusive in this was permission to state
that the items are being sold for GPO, in case it might interest fans/
collectors.

Some auctions may contain info about GPO's usage of the item for
sale. The winning bidder may request a signed statement that this
item was in fact once owned and used by GPO. The gear itself will NOT
be signed by GPO (with one exception*), as it will likely interest
bidders that have no interest in the former owner. It is also already
packed up and no longer in hi/r possession.

Over the next few weeks and even months, more such items will be
listed, and will all contain this disclosure/disclaimer.

2 auctions up right now, more to come:
