I was listening to a song from Jackie-Poonam starrer Teri Meherbaniyan
(1986?).

Lyricist is S H Bihari and music is by LP.

Aanchal udaaya maine. The main singers are Shabbir Kumar and Kavita
Krishnamurti.

The song has a prelude like Aapas mein apna hai kaisa yeh jhagda, tumne
bulaaya ke maine bulaya, mohabbat ne dono ko awaaz di hai.

Can someone please tell me who has sung these lines?
