As it were, I was for a few years, in Germany and neighbouring
countries... AFAIR, he was not too fond of sneaked recordings. But this
was before the days of Youtube and file sharing. Maybe artists like
these today as a means of "advertising" themselves through clips (which
don't contain the full perfomances)

Crap... And this isn't about Tejen in particular. I wouldn't share any
other of the recordings I've made... I have one of the last live
recordings of Pt. Mallikarjun Mansur in very good quality, and unless I
find a way to have it released, it will stay with me.
