I could, but it would be a breach of copyright, would it not? There are
several good live CDs of his, which you can purchase...

And if you wish to search for pirated material, this place (RMIC) is not
some kind of mail order for recordings...

forums,& some other sites like esnips.com

And what makes you think that these unpublished recordings are not
subject to copyright and free for everyone to share?

Plenty of recordings from concerts in Europe (mostly Germany) - don't
have a list, and I'm afraid I can't share them...

Because anybody anyday shares any unpublished recording without taking
the copyright from the person who ownes it.

Technically, Daniel is right. All recordings, published or otherwise,
are subjected to copyright protection.

The reason bootleg sharing is usually left alone is that taking legal
action doesn't make sense economically. Typically a CD sells for $10,
out of which the artist gets about $1 as royalty. So when a published
recording is copied, the loss incurred to the artiste is also $1. We
may assume that's the loss the artiste bears when a bootleg is copied
also.

Normally an individual does not make more than ten copies of a
bootleg. Let us assume he makes about a hundred. Still the loss to the
artiste is only $100, to recover which he'd need to spend thousands if
not more on legal expenses.

Bodies like RIAA and MPAA have deep coffers, which enables them to
slap outrageous lawsuits on small-fry filesharers. But they do these
things only in case of published recordings. As far as unpublished
recordings go, the artiste must bear legal expenses himself.

And almost anybody (in the US, let's say) can buy a gun and shoot
people... Without even asking the victims for permission. Isn't that nice?
