Listening to Bliss n Eso's "Soldier On" from "Day of the Dog" and I'm
wondering if it's just me or if one of the two tries to sound Amurrican
on purpose. The first MC sounds like he's trying very hard. The second
one is doing more what I'd suspect is a neutral Aussie accent.
Does this get puzzled looks in Oz, too? Or is it still normal to hear
Aussies pretending to be from the right side of the Pacific?
I know in the UK some of the rappers doing an American accent got poked
fun at, back in the day.
Just wondering...

Listen to it and you'll see what I mean, the flow, the rhyme scheme,

especially music related stuff, of course, but other stuff too. i'll be
in berlin from monday to friday, and then i'm not really sure where i'll
be the following week, but i'll have a car for most of it. i'll be in
munich at oktoberfest on the weekend in the middle.
i've been meaning to post this for days, but hopefully i'll get some
responses anyway (i fly out sunday).
