In my almost 26 years of life, I've read literally thousands of
books. Yet, considering it's one of my favourite past-times, I can
rarely recall what I've read. I've read few so-called classics, and
enjoyed even fewer. My taste is pretty contemporary, and mostly -
though not entirely - geared towards the females of the species. I
like a good bit of chick-lit, though I do prefer it to covey at least
a shred of realism. Tales of shopaholics with adonis husbands, child
prodigy offspring, unbelievable careers and swish penthouse apartments
just don't appeal to me.

Here's just a few keepers (I donate the bulk of my used books to
charity) that are sitting on my shelf at the moment:

Helen Fielding - Bridget Jones' Diary (Fiction)
- An absolute classic. I read this all in one go and laughed out loud
and uncontrollably. I couldnt help myself.

Googled the unknown English titles. Sticking to novels.

what she said... except change 26 to 35...

however here's some that I CAN recall that I really enjoyed...

Shakespeare - Hamlet
Shakespeare - Macbeth

I've read both of these several times and can truly say that I both
understood them and enjoyed them. The positive vibes from those made
me check out Midsummer Nights Dream, 12th Night, Alls Well That Ends
Well, and Henry VIII - at that point I gave up because the 2
books/plays above aside, Willy was a complete plonker who writes total
shit.
