The Artisitic Side of Adolf Hitler's Nature

Author: Walter Traprock
Date: May 15, 2008 23:47

With Hitler On The Road To Power, by Dr. Otto Dietrich

[SONS OF LIBERTY]

CHAPTER XXX

The Artisitic Side of Adolf Hitler's Nature.

Adolf Hitler is an artist in his heart of hearts. Had he not been
chosen as political leader of the German Nation, he would certainly
have succeeded as an artist. But probably this artistic element
in Adolf Hitler can best explain his political genius. Intuitive
sensibility for the natural powers of the people is the quality
which statesmen, who call themselves such without really being so,
possess to the least degree. But for the real politician, it is
the decisive and most fortunate quality for his statesmanship.

It shall be the privilege of qualified artists to write of Adolf
Hitler's relation towards art. But Adolf Hitler's artistic temperament
is so strongly expressed in every branch of his life, that it forms
an essential feature of his every activity. I shall restrict myself
to touching upon several side-lights from the political perspective,
as far as they harmonise with the sketch traced in these pages.

  Schumann Koncerstuck for 4 horns

Schumann Koncertstuck for 4 Hornas and Orchestra
George Barbeteau et al
Karl Ristenpart
Chamber Orch of the Sarre

Sourced fron an original open reel tape at 3/34 ips and transferred on
a Revox A-77 which unlike Japanese mass produced decks has electronics
for its slower speed and does not just slow the motors to half their
speed

Since I have removed all the bullshit artificial prescence and
balanced the frequency spectrum the horns are put back into the
concert hall they were recorded in. Much of the objectional crassness
of their sounds was negated as it was caused by poor equalization. All
4 horns can be heard in all their glory, now. Forget about the
gymnastics of the outer movements. The slow mvt is sublime. This is
the finest of all recodings of this work, by far

Enjoy' the Music now that it has been liberated from the audio.

Though Swell
Rodgers/Hart

Ben Selvin and his Novelty Orchestra
Vocalist Unknown
Recorded 1928

Selvin also recorded a superb "Happy Days are Here Again"

This recording proves one thing at least. That Lorenz Hart who wrote
after the Music was written, could follow and understand the difficult
syncopated rhythms of the Music and find words that matched its
rhythm. He was a fine Musician. The content of his lyrics? The
greatest of all those who tried to be sophisticated. Second only to
the the greatest lyricist to ever walk this planet, the man who worked
so hard, it sounded like he didn't, Irving Berlin

Enjoy

Who holds the World's record for changing one's positon, 11 minutes? A
hint, he is a War Hero and sings Bomb Bomb Iran to the tune of Barbara
Ann, in public

Be one of his gulible guppies. That is your choice. But make sure you
are in the "5" and not the "95" he preys upon
