Since Ormandy's DSCH 5th Symphony was just rereleased, I wonder if anyone
might know if there is a chance that Ormandy's Gliere 3rd Symphony (Ilya
Murometz) might be rereleased?

Hello all,
Here's another legendary string quartet group, the Stuyvesant String
Quartet, in one of their earliest recordings, that of the Bloch String
Quartet No. 1, made in 1939 for US Columbia. At the time of...

A little late, but better than never. A work in progress, Wotan's
Farewell with Clarence Whitehill and Albert Coates. Whitehill and
Coates recorded the entire Abschied (minus the orchestral interlude
where Wotan gazes on the sleeping Brunnhilde just before summoning
Loge) on three acoustic sides. This is the result of a lot of
experimentation with ClickRepair, Denoise and Bias Peak, as well as
some other programs. Critical comments welcomed :) I'm working on the
other two sides as well...

The Casals/Marlboro Festival Haydn Syms. 45 & 95 sat on my harddrive
long enough before I transferred them that I've forgotten who uploaded
them. Whoever it was, thanks. The #95 is a great pleasure.

Copland Outdoor Overture
Lenny
NY Phil
Nov 12, 1960
Live
Carnegie Hall
Msre relalistic and Musical sound than Lenny ever got from Columbia.
The CD however tried to match the Columbia travesties. I did what I
could.
One of the last pieces I played as Principal Horn in the Long Island
Senior Symphony. The long trumpet solo was played by our superb
player, John Bracco, who studied at the Manhattan School in the early
60s with William Vacchiano who plays the solo here. Answering him is
Nathan Prager.

If I and John Doe knows someone is coming to kill John Doe, and I
blocked Mr. Doe's escape, and that allows the killer to kill John Doe,
will I be
1) Prosecuted for that murder
2) Convicted for that murder
3) Given the same sentance as the killer
What was my intent?
Thank you for your opinion.
