RMCG has been dragged through the mud

I just today saw a posting over at the Acoustic guitar blog, intitled
" bullet proof guitar" http://www.acousticguitar.com/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum;f=7
in which the fine names of the posters here at the noble RMCG has been
tarnished by a certain fellow whom I won't mention his name ( David
Norton) he said and I quote.....

Based on his frequently rude postings on UseNet RMCG, Thames was wise
to design a bulletproof guitar. He's very knowledgeable, but the
abrasive personality he presents to the world on RMCG (along with so
many other RMCG types) is quite off-putting.

DN

Also this....

David,
"quite off-putting" to say the least.
His attitude alone makes it a No Doubt that I will NEVER buy a guitar
from him.

I'd rather financially support someone with a more modest attitude not
the "I know it all, I am God" type that he is. He tries to belittle
anyone who objects to his view of the world.
This is one reason I don't bother visiting RMCG anymore.

Haaaa ha a haaaa cough cough..... good gravy...

What good names? RMCG is a circus freak show and I 4 1 am proud to
be a geek. "Who's the freak?", asked the geek to the good people
watching the show. "You are, Mr. regular guy... Mr. couch potatoe
Joe!"

Haaaa, haaa.... thanks for the laugh. What will you have with your
humble pie.... Spruce or cedar?

I would have guessed that any forum would have a few posters that are
"quite off-putting." OTOH, seeing as how they would use a quaint
Dickensian term instead of something like "evil son-of-a-bitch" could
mean the group possesses such a high level of refinement that there's no
chance of anyone getting put off. Seems like my kind of place - just
kidding. :-)
