  The Internet Beatles Recording Index

Author: onespinalcracker

Hi everyone.

I have re-instated the Internet Beatles Recording Index.

After your many emails over the years I took a week off to find a new
home and restore everything. It is as it was over 7 years ago. For
those that remember, I hope it continues to serve you well and for
those that have never seen it, I hope you will find it of use.

It finally has a new home at http://ibri.onemojofilter.com .

Thanks!

Spinalcracker...

I always liked the "And Your Bird Can Sing' intro, or outro, to the Beat's
cartoons. Maybe thats why AYBCS is one of my favorite Beatles' songs.

In the interest of accuracy, "Yes, It Is" is not about a hooker. It's a
lament about a lost love, one that the singer can't forget. Scarlet
clothing can have other analogies but in this case the lyrics don't
mention anything about the former lady's virtue (or lack of it), just
that the protagonist associates the color red with her and prefers not
to be reminded.

The Beatles said it much more eloquently though.
