Thousands of Jews did leave Europe, especially Germany. Others tried
but had nowhere to go. They were not allowed in Palestine. The US had
severe restrictions on immigration as did much of Europe. Ever hear of
the SS St. Louis? Very indicative of the problems Jews had in trying
to escape from Europe...

I'm talking about the perversion of history that's present in some of
the gospels. The Romans killed Christ, not the Jews. Of course by the
time that the gospels were written, Jews were already identified as
the "other" and had to be demonized. Pope Benedict recently corrected
the church's take on who was responsible for the death of Christ...

What's the deal with no CD/mp3 download with the new DVD? I'll watch
the video a handful of times, but I'd listen to a CD of a full concert
quite a bit. Don't most bands release a combination of a CD and DVD
when they put out a live set?
I know you can rip the audio from a DVD, but how many people know
how to do that? Plus, it's available on Blu-Ray and even fewer people
have the capability of getting the audio track from that format.
