yeah, he fucked up. I have no problem confronting idiot smokers who use the
world as their ashtray, especially while we have a major fire danger here in
the Sierras, but with a passenger he should have just sucked it up.

Not just any motorcycle, a Harley. Which everyone knows is for
"bad guys". (And wannabe bad asses).
What is the 10-year-old boy going to learn from his father in this
incident? That bullying a woman is ok? That road rage is ok?
Hopefully he'll grow up more sensible than his dad.
Perhaps there should be mandatory parenting classes for idiots.

I recall a co-worker saying pretty much the same thing.
He kept going on about how terrible it was that the
motorcycle cop behind him got all bent out of shape and
wrote him up a nice fat ticket. I said good on the cop.
It's a traffic hazard, in the west, it's also a serious fire hazard
and it's littering. More people should get more and larger tickets
for this kind of piggy behavior.
