Here's a quote:
"What is Chi/Qi?
Chi is the Intrinsic Energy which sustains the configuration and
integrity of all forms and substances in the Universe. It is the Life
Force which regulates the ebb and flow of the vitality of all things.
It is referred to as rlung in Tibetan, prana in Sanskrit, ki in
Japanese. Aristotle referred to it as the souls of energy that exist
throughout nature where signs of life are to be found."

All? Not all. My instructors never did it.
At any rate. The video you posted is the most laughable example of
this I have ever seen. Look at the guy near the back frikken DANCING
at 1:55. I mean come on.
After the teacher *breaks contact* they all sorta start jumping,
dancing, and twirling. No, literally - dancing and twirling. As if the
teacher made them want to dance, like that guy at 1:55. I just dont
get it.

No.

All the ones what? As I just said, none of my instructors have ever
taught or demonstrated any such thing.

Yep. Thank god I discovered the real tai chi and never got hoodwinked
into that kind of cult mentality.
