Some Taurus revolvers also had this problem. It can usually be alleviated
by avoiding "hard" primers and making certain they're properly seated (i.e.
stay away from commercial reloads). Factory ammo is generally okay, but I
always fire a cylinder or two from a new lot to be sure.

Second that. Dremels are handy, but they have a nasty tendency to get away
from you when they bind. A pneumatic die grinder is a lot safer.
