What is the easiest way to get multiple soldier tokens into play? I'm
trying to build a white soldier deck. Thanks!

Pariah's Shield is an artifact equipment that says all damage that would
be dealt to you is dealt to equipped creature instead.
My question is this: if you attach this to a creature with regenerate,
does this effectively mean you are immune to direct creature damage, unless
an opponent finds a way to detach the shield?

Is there anything that will let me remove -1/-1 counters from my
creatures? I like some of the creatures with persist, and am thinking about
building a deck, but for it to be truly useful, there would need to be some
way to remove the counter so that it would keep recycling when I want to use
it to block an attacker.

I'm thinking of building a white deck, and was wondering, are there enough
white soldier cards to build one centered around that? How about white
rebel cards for a deck?

A few, but they're not particularly efficient. There's stuff like
Extinction or An-Zerrin Ruins, for example.

It sounds more like you're having trouble with a swarm of efficient
synergistic creatures. Maybe some mass creature removal? Damnation
or Sulfuric Blast can help, for example. You might also be able to
get away with using Sower of Temptation to steal the good creatures
from people. Or something like Grave Pact with a deck that can
sacrifice and recur creatures easily. There are many options.

Very few, none recently. It's not something that black does.

Tapping enchantments doesn't generally deal with them. They'll still
have their static and triggered abilities and very few have activated
abilities that require them to tap.
Other options that you have for dealing with artifacts and enchantments:
- make them discard the card before they get to play it. Black is
very efficient at making players discard cards.
- kill them before they get to play these artifacts and enchantments,
or at least before they have a lasting effect on the game. Black is
very, very good at making players lose life, and there's no amount
of damage prevention that can stop that.
