I filed a Title VII complaint prior to this, which legally makes me a
whistleblower.

A trivial personal matter instead
of something like who the fuck
was IMPERSONATING me and others, something they could have put their
resources to.

Assuming for a moment that my conspiracy claim is incorrect, the board was
so distracted by infighting that I believe it caused the imposter not to be
caught until much later than it should have been.

As the infighting and personal shit was not on mission, I consider it
negligent. A court will of course have the final say.

How about we have this out in court instead of posting the same shit 100
times in a row?

Los Angeles Open Chess Tournament Results

Author: expochess07
Date: Jul 7, 2008 14:52

On Saturday, July 5th, 2008, the Exposition Park Chess Club
[http://chess.expoparkla.com/] hosted a free, unrated, three-round
chess tournament at the Jefferson Branch Library [http://www.lapl.org/
branches/Branch.php?bID=17] in Los Angeles.
The tournament (lamentably competing with the July 4th holiday!)
consisted of one quad, which was assisted by Christophe Carter as
house player. There were, therefore, a total of three players who were
attracted to our club's tournament.
The names of the winners, together with their winning scores,
were as follows:

1st Quad: There was a tie for First Place between Vartan Ghazarian and
Michael Magturo, both with a final score of 2-1.

When not conducting tournaments, our club conducts a wide variety
of chess-related activities which include, but are not limited to,
social games, analysis of games, simultaneous matches against a rated
Master, and general chess instruction.
Our meetings are on Saturdays, from 1:00 to 4:30 PM at the
Jefferson Branch Library. The Library's address and contact
information is:

  Dear Brian Lafferty

You have written your comment after mine:
>>>
>>> as you must know, a court will separate the perps from the experts - and
>>> if the idea of the court is to find the FSS, then I fully support that
>>> activity - I don't know what other means is actually respectable, since
>>> if Paul Truong is not the FSS he has been set-up, and by whom?
>> As you must know, courts are not needed to make all determinations in
>> life, especially in politics.

> You make a "political" commentary therefore? Rather than of "all
> determinations" in life, but courts do not decide on this basis do they?

Translation, please.

---

Brian Lafferty volunteered the fact that he considerers the issue
'political' whatever he may mean by that term, rather than legal, which is
of a certain independent and objective perspective to 'politics'.

Our Brian then asks for a 'translation', of what he volunteered.

I met the Great Ed Trice

Author: samsloan
Date: Jul 7, 2008 06:44

I just got back from the World Open in Philadelphia. On July 6, 2008,
yesterday, just before leaving the playing site, I met the Great Ed
Trice. This meeting was made possible by Dan Heisman, whose name is
often mentioned in connection with Ed Trice and the "My 61 Memorable
Games" Hoax.

I then introduced Ed Trice to Jerry Hanken, who promised to interview
him.

Ed Trice was walking around the World Open wearing a "My 61 Memorable
Games" t-shirt.
