What does the PAP? whatever it is, say about 1st timers?

They are ranked, with Class 1 the best, Class 5 the worst, and "Class 0" the
exceptional superior debut types.

Big Brown was a Class 2 in his debut, but that was on grass at Saratoga,
which is like a Class 1 anywhere else.
