While I still think my earlier result without the "or more" part was good,
I must reverse myself wrt the problem as given.
It's been a while since my last stix class, but here we go (^ indicates
exponentiation).
Call N the number of hands dealt. For N=2, we know the probability.
1/(200^2)
For N=3, we have two ways of making two consecutive two-ace hands, and one
way of making three two-ace hands, or
