Favre was quoted as saying the weather was going to stifle his passing .

Best thing that could have happened to the Packers. Their run and gun
offense(40+) passes a game wouldnt work in GB in the cold . Now they play their
playoff  games in warmer weather.

I have a question and would appreciate information on a tournament topic:
Is there a rule about "one chip".

For instance if you only have a $5K chip left and bet is $2K. You cannot
call the bet but must be the one chip you have in front of you?

This sounds ridiculous to me, but I have to ask the question. I have been
told in some tournaments this exists.

If this is true or if there is something similar to this, can someone
please give me the rules and conditions of this.

Really gang I need help finding a new video card.
I have a geforce 7300 LE and I need a better video card. ( I know it is crap but
have almost zero background with video cards)
I don't reall want to spend more than say $150. MAX $200
Any advice would be great.  I dont play many games but if/when I do I would like
better effects than what I have now.
PLEASE HELP
I have 2 g mem and a dual core 6600 if that helps.
