Does this work in the USA to fund Stars?
How easy it is to sign up and what are the fees?
I looked at the click2pay site and it is not all that clear. They seem to
imply that AFTER you sign up they MIGHT require additional crap to be mailed
in. I'm not sure what they require, if anything, and I see no mention of
fees.

Believing I'd lost more than my share of coin flips and races when I was ahead, I decided to start a spreadsheet and keep track for a while. So far; out of 134 races, this is how I've faired:
At the start of the race (pre flop and all in):
I was ahead but lost 25%% of the time.
I was behind and lost 23%% of the time.
I was ahead and won 34%% of the time.
I was behind and won 13%% of the time.
The remaining 5%% of the time (ahead or behind) resulted in splits.
Obviously, if one goes all in with low pairs or one-gaper high cards, you'd expect worse numbers. And various situations would have you trying with different strength cards. And there's the luck factor. But do these numbers look about right?

I'm playing a No Limit Hold 'Em tourney with 90 places paid. We're
about half way and I'm in about 40th place when a short stack makes a
big raise and Mr Big Stack calls. I have 9s; I figure I am probably
behind the short stack or 50-50 but I know these morons will call any
raise with ace rag so I whack it all in. The short stack has jacks,
and the moron with more chips than sense can't fold his KQ; he hits
both cards and I'm out.
Did I play so bad? I thought I would probably be able to make the
fringes of the money but wanted to do better than that.

I have no real quarrel with those who do not believe in God.
After all, based purely on human wisdom, it's a preposterous idea.
Some old man in the sky who sends down blessings and plagues? Who
could make sense of that?
The only way we could ever know anything about God would be if (a) He
exists and (b) if He revealed Himself. Those are two very big IFs.
Instead, I like to begin any discussion about God with the "for
argument's sake" proposition that there is no God, no divine,
intelligent, purposeful Creator. If there is no God, then... then
what? Have we really traced the logical progression?
If there is no God, then all we have is our own intellect, by which to
try to make sense of our lives, and of the reality we see around us.
To this end, humans have designed a wonderful discipline called
science. Within this discipline, we make observations, formulate
hypotheses, and test them. From these we deduce theories of the laws
of nature.
In order for this to work, we must make several unprovable assumptions
(in religion, we might call this faith).
Among these assumptions are:
