Couple Wins Lotto Big For The Third Time
Mark and Sue Cutlip may want to get a reserved parking spot in
front of the Virginia Lottery's Customer Service Center in Woodbridge.
It's getting to be a familiar sight to see the Spotsylvania couple
collecting big lottery prizes. On February 11, 2008, they won again. This
time Mr. Cutlip matched all five numbers in the Cash 5 day drawing to win
$50,000. It is just the latest in a remarkable string of big wins.
In April 2007, Ms. Cutlip won $52,000 in the Win For Life Game. In July
1999, she won $1,000 per week for life in the old Virginia Lottery Scratcher
game Lifetime Bonus. The latest win came when Mr. Cutlip matched the five
winning numbers, 3-5-6-12-15, with a ticket purchased at the Fas Mart
located at 9825 Courthouse Road in Spotsylvania.
The numbers were selected because they match their grandchildren's
birthdays. Cash 5 drawings are held daily at 1:59 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The
chances of matching all five numbers are 1 in 278,256.
