Those are two separate bets, where you make the decision to bet them
independently.

The pay out is based on two separate bets...not a cumulative one.

The only cumulative bet I know of on the craps table is the fire bet.
Parlaying and pressing are not cumulative bets...in other words, they
are not contracted as such. You may make them cumulative in your mind,
saying you intended to press, or parlay, but the decisions are really
independent ones.
