It's fully functional, IMO. No health hazards to worry about. I've seen very
large Le Creusets with chips larger than that sell of eBay for only $20 or so
less than perfect, new items.
Return, if you paid anywhere near normal retail for it. If you got a really good
buy, then only you can evaluate that tradeoff
-- unless you want to tell us the
size and what you paid. 8;).
