Are Klose smokers as wonderful as people say?
What size do I need to do 3 racks of ribs at once?

Yes. There are differences in how they work and how they are built.
Thicker steel, larger fire boxes, designs that have been proven for many
years. You may even have Dave Klose himself diliver it.

The smaller sizes will do. The "backyard cooker" would be a good choice.

I agree with what Steve and Edwin said. Klose Smokers are among the best.
I wish that I could consider buying a Klose. Maybe someday.

By Klose standards? Very small. Have you visited the Klose website?

Look around and drool all over your keyboard (like I did) ;-)

Ummm, a Weber 22-1/2" kettle will do nicely, with a cheap rib rack. :)
