What tea is beneficial to reducing weight

+++ Oolong tea +++

Because diets loses weight, eats little, food residualinsufficient,
sometimes accumulates several talents, is very easy tobe dry. The
recommendation drinks with the Oolong tea.

Raw material: Oolong tea

Procedure: Simply flushes with the boiling water.

Effect: Good for Digestion, goes to the phlegm, sobers up the food
greasypoison, disappears the fat.

+++ lotus flower seed pod kind tea ++

The edema reason are very many, if is the edema which the puremoisture
content is detained creates, the recommendation drinks withthe lotus
flower seed pod kind tea.

Raw material: Fries the lotus flower seed pod kernel 10 gram, thefresh
lotus leaf 5 gram, the Chinese hawthorn 5 grams.

Procedure: The hot water boils up, was allowed to drink with.

Effect: Alleviates fever, the advantage is wet, treats the dropsy.

People gain weight because they eat too much and don't exercise enough.

They eat too much, most often because they aren't sitting down and relaxing
and paying attention to the food they eat.

ANY tea can help this. Sit down, take a deep breath, have a cup of tea
and just enjoy the quiet. Put food in your mouth, roll it around in there,
smell it and taste it. Spend some time thinking about it after you ate
it.

If you don't lose weight by doing this... well at least you'll have learned
to enjoy yourself a lot more.

The exercise part probably can't be helped by tea, although anything that
keeps you from falling asleep might help a little.
