Prancing tea kettles

I saw a segment on CCTV of a famous newly remodeled tea shoppe near
the Forbidden City by a group pouring hot water into tea cups from the
long spout copper kettles like I saw in the country tea shoppe but
included dancing and acrobatics. The reporter is wondering around
going gaga drinking tea soup from a tea bowl he filled from an urn
which is only served certain hours. No wonder Westerners wont ever
drink tea after leaving China.

So, is this like the "Johnny Rockets" of tea?!? A bunch of
disinterested youths forced to dance on command while serving
overpriced terrible hamburgers, but in tea form!
