Nitpick: chili is the red meat sauce so beloved in Texas (and other
parts), chile is a pepper such as a jalapeno.
Crazy Ed's is out of business.
Rogue makes Chipotle Ale, a nicely balanced reddish ale with signature
Rogue malt and hop flavors. The chipotle is fairly subtle and really
works well - lends a nice smokiness.
Also, many brewpubs make a chile beer from time to time - check
around. They almost always have growlers or kegs to go.
