I must say i forgot how soft this Cotton is , i knitted eagerly
yesterday , managed to make a mistake , but since i was already on the
edge [inner] of both front halves , this was easy rippining and
reknitting ..
i love the cotton`s soft feeling , and i sure can use such a over
shirt on several of my skirts ...
also found another knitted cotton piece [what on earth did i have
in mind last summers ] From the cotton i used to knit a Lace Border
for a skirt ,, now i see i still have a ball or two ,, must see how
many i really have ,,,,,
i really shuld work on other things , but it is very alluring to have
some matching top of sorts for that Skirt [+ sewn shirt ] ,,,

It's okay, it worked even with the split link. At least, it brought it

Nooooooooooooo!
Noreen, that is not nice! ;)
I have been very lucky finding needles at yard sale, flea markets etc. I
have a circular set that my mother gave me. I thought I had all the needles
I could ever want. Now you tell me about 9 inch circulars just when I have
decided I am going to concentrate on knitting socks for awhile. I am going
to try hard to ignore your post. ;)
Oh well, at least I now have suggestions when my family wants to know what
gifts to get me for birthdays etc.

I haven't been here in a long time and I hope everyone is doing well.
Anyway, I have a class of 10 boys that are learning knitting and I
worked up a stocking cap pattern that uses US size 13 circular needles
(16"). I used my Denise needles to make the sample and now I find
that there are very few suppliers of this size of needle and I need to
also supply, eventually, double-pointed size 13 needles.
So has anyone seen an inexpensive circular needle I could source for
my class?
Padishar Creel - who knits too much and exercises too little!
