Depending upon one's perspective...(and while I wasn't around for the Greasy
Grass, I had spent a brief time "in theater" but departed before COL Moore
did battle with the local brand of heathen savages)....

Custer didn't have adequate recce.
Had he known what he was facing do you think he'd have rushed in
the way he did.
I guess you think the Taliban can hide what 7K Jihadis in those
villages.
Jeeeez, what a idjit....

The sentence you wrote is correct, except the conclusion. If "fighting
to unite the two Vietnams under communism.." was the goal, then an
examination of the current country's economic system will reveal it is
strictly capitalist, free-market. Any country whose capitol has a
Hilton (now there is an authentic "Hanoi Hilton"), which features "an
American breakfast" with every room, is definitely not communist.

If its a single Lashkar, no.
If they disperse, yes...

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
Barbeques on fire by the chalets past the castle headland
I watched the gift shops glitter in the darkness off the Newborough gate
All these moments will be lost in time, like icecream on the beach
Time for tea.
