Very easy. GRUB will present you with a menu on boot-up where you can
select Windows or Ubuntu.
Or you can run windows in a virtual machine inside Ubuntu.
Personally I just bung two hard-drives in my machine with Windows on
one of them and Ubuntu on the other. Easy for me because I've always
got a few spare hard-drives from various client upgrades hanging around.
