"Ron? Max. ... Oh, she's fine, I'll tell her you said hello. ... Well,
I *am* sorry about the $100mil fine but we both know you got off easy, Ron
... Well, that's actually why I'm calling, oddly enough. Look, Ron,
you're going to have to have Lewis retire halfway through Shanghai ... I
am NOT bloody daft, I'm a businessman, just like you, and our marketing
boys have been all over this.
"Ron, viewership in England is sky-high, but if Lewis clinches the WDC in
Shanghai, viewership will be down in England, and it's already way down in
the rest of Europe. The numbers out of Scandinavia and Spain are
APPALLING, Ron. ... Yes, there IS something we can do, you'll have Lewis
retire, that's what. ... Well, I don't know, have him stumble into a
gravel trap or something ... You CAN, and you WILL, Ron, or we'll have to
apply the second level of penalties, the secret ones, from Stepneygate,
PLUS we're about to 'investigate' Lewis's jinking behind the safety car at
Fuji--we can either clear him, Ron, or pull his superlicense, your choice.

Interesting theory but it falls apart there, it's recently been
discoverd by the Vatican no less that the Knights Templar weren't the
hereticial devil-worshippers that they were made out to be and were
tortured into saying lots of naughty things, so they wouldn't have Max
on board! How about Microsoft, or the Iranians? Current whipping
boys I think, quite literally in the case of the Iranians.

Indeed, discovered under D, for "Don't release this" ;-)

nerd pops their head up...)
