If the photos of the test cars are any indication, the broadcasters
will dump F1 on account of uglyness!

On Dec 23, 1:53 am, Ar Toyota started competing in Formula One in
2002 and the sport is thought to have cost it about £2 billion. It has
so
far failed to win a race.

Hmm; $2 billion and no wins.

Toyota have a lovely 358 cu.in. pushrod V-8 running 700bhp right now
---- but it's built and raced in the US. FIA only have to spec that
motor ---.

Two BILLION dollars ---- there's an elderly widow in my village who
limps around in sagging shoes with her shopping basket picking up
empties; perhaps Toyota could pay her, say, oh, $20 a day to encourage
her recycling efforts. Nah; not glitzy enough.

Two BILLION diollars
--- what's the old Dubya joke --- someone passes
him a Reuters release that "Two Brazilian soldiers have died in
Afghanistan", and George chokes 'That's a LOT of soldiers!"
