  Y&R Nick and JT

Author: Patricia Wadley

I laughed so hard when Nick warned JT about Victor
and JT replied that "just because you and your dad
are on the outs does not mean that Victor is a
monster or that the rest of us are stupid."

I laughed and laughed and laughed. Where in the
hell has he been?

Does he REALLY think that he can best Victor.
That Victor will be pleased if JT "stands up to him?"

I loved the little smile on Nick's face, just a
trace and the rolling of the eyeballs, just a
little, after JT delivered his "put-down" and
walked out.

JT has so much to learn.

You know, they need a "Former husbands of
Victoria" Club. Kind of a support group. There
would be Cole, Brad and JT. Ryan would have been
there, too, if the nutcase had not killed him.

They wouldn't need support for "getting over
Victoria" but for getting over Victor.

Yes.

He's related in some way (gotta be). Can't wait to find out who he is.

GL - Take a CHILL PILL, Rick!

Was anyone else as annoyed by Rick's *explosion* with Harley? What
business is it of his *who* Harley sees, unless it's a child molester or
pedophile?

I was hoping Harley would slap his face before he left... but she just
took it. I hate that. Why does she have to be everybody's door mat?

I so-o-o hope Beth takes that baby and leaves him so fast it will make
his head spin! He is no different than Alan, that he raves about
constantly. Remember his hospital hi-jinks, prolonging a patient's
coma... some doctor!

It's just as well! No apologies needed.

CBS -- WKMG 6 Broadcast Could Be Off The Air By Mar. 16, 2008

Author: kiss
Date: Feb 19, 2008 07:53

WKMG 6 reported Bright House captures the broadcast signal for free
and sends it to customers. Then, Bright House charges a minimum of $52
a month for a basic cable package, WKMG said. By contrast, WKMG
general manager Henry Maldonado said Bright House pays a fee to
include cable channels ESPN, Lifetime, Spike-TV and AMC. So why not
Local 6?
Bright House would have the option to air other other CBS affiliates
instead. "That's a very good question, but right now we're not
intending for WMKG programming to stop," Brady said. "I can tell you
that we never will turn off any broadcaster."
We are discussing this with the public now because I don't want to
blindside people the week before it ends," Maldonado said. "Once we
are all exhausted from being afraid, we can get to the point that we
look at how important we are to the viewer."
If WKMG goes, oh well, they will only be hurting themselves. I saw
the scare tactic commercials during tv shows yesterday and was ashamed
by WKMG's behaviour. During one of the soap operas that air I watched
how a woman speaker was telling everyone that they will no longer be
able to watch their soaps and it was imperative if they don't want
that to happen to contact Bright House. Even though I don't watch ...

  CBS -- Brighthouse V.S WKMG 6

Author: kiss
Date: Feb 19, 2008 06:05

Brighthouse charges way too much for the worst cable lineup of any
cable provider I've ever seen, period dot end of story partly their
fault, partly cable and broadcast networks' fault, partly our fault
(for collectively, willingly forking over $100 bucks a month or more
for mindless or offensive trash and cheap "reality" garbage). On the
other hand WKMG offers nothing special to the area ... and it's hard
to understand that there might actually be slope-skulled morons out
there who would really care about losing the miserable programming
spewed out by CBS (with less and less content + more and more
commercials every year) ... or that any one would particularly miss
WKMG news reader clones. The WKMG manager is delusional if he really
thinks his station is the main reason people subscribe to
Brighthouse. The cable bill is already too high. $50+ per month for the
few channels I watch is a poor way to spend my money. I had alway
hoped tha cable TV would be "commercial free". Mistake, at 11 past the
hour all the stations run thee to four minutes of commercials. BH
should tap that part of the viewing pleasure. Just how many QVC type
channels do you really need? Stick all the commercials on those QVC
channels. The local channels get lots of revenue through the
commercials, do they need more? What percent of the viewing public ...
