In "Left Turn" the Earth is in place and stars are going missing
because the Daleks are destroying the universe.
But doesn't the Earth need to have been stolen for the Dalek's super-
weapon to work?
And wouldn't it take millions of years for people on Earth to notice
the stars were going missing anyway?

According to the Guardian, Dr Who seems to be pretty much the most recorded
programme in the country.
I have to say that I hardly ever watch it 'live' myself actually. Only the
last two episodes this series.

Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma needs to be differentiated from other
tumors of liver including varieties of secondary tumors, similarly
cholangiocarcinoma of lower bile duct origin should carefully be
differentiated from tumors of pancreas, chronic pancreatitis and
