I got a copy of the Pearls Before Swine book "Macho Macho Animals" for
Christmas, and that scathing foreword from Bil Keane is a riot ("I
will waste no time reading [the book] and will not have my good name
defiled by writing a foreword for a book written by a reprobate.")
Does Keane really feel that way about PBS, or was this just a cruel
joke between him and Pastis?

In the spirit of Foob's Paradise, a couple of other webcomic/blogs
have sprung up . . .:
FOOBAR: Post-Newrun Jump, from the point of view of characters who
remember their "past future"; *very* snarky:

Foob of Destiny: Follows a more similar path to FP, but this time
it's John who "opts out," pretty much doing what his real-life
counterpart did:

restless !
