Note: This questionnaire is VERY LONG. Set aside about an HOUR
to complete it. Really. If you are paying for your connection
by time, consider saving the survey and filling it offline, then
reconnect and hit "Send" in your newsgroup browser, or e-mail
it to me directly (same thing, actually).
