Maybe because at least one of the groups who are subbing it are also
subbing licenced anime...?

No, that never prevented Anumesuki from listing the unlicensed shows, and
there are several (unlicensed) releases by groups that do licensed anime
listed on the main page right now.

Your previous message was encoded with quoted-printable for some reason,
which stores = as =3D. Rob's newsreader doesn't support QP encoding, so he
