Winx Club: What's with the new pigtails, Musa?

So, September 30th, the new season of Winx Club makes its bow in
America. Last week, 4Kids.TV aired a promo which showed Musa... with
long hair. Honestly, why? Didn't she say (in the S2 premiere, in the
US) that she wasn't going to change her pigtails? (Although, this isn't
what she says in the original: she takes a swipe at Stella for always
having the last word.) And I agree with that statement. Short pigtails
make her look cute. Long pigtails make her look _weird_. So, why get
rid of her signature pigtails?

Chip in your two cents here, please. (For those in it.arti.cartoni:
reply in English.)

I've always been confused as to why half the show has to be taken up with
the continually repeated 'we're the Winx' theme song.

Suuuure. A regular, everyday, honest man who obsesses about preteen
girls and their pigtails.

Linda Danver's (Silver Age Supergirl) father, practically.

Holy mackarel, I cannot decide if I'm in front of the most creepy thread
ever, or I'm currently starring in a "Punk'd" episode.

****

I've just seen the linked picture. They scare me, Tofu, but they're nothing
compared to you...

It's the whole Silver Age that scares the heck outta me. And people say
that Superman's Death killed the innocence of comics... innocence in comics
died with the arrival of Kryptonian aliens on Earth

And who goes on the MST 3000 group begging them to "MSTie" Nickelodeon
cartoons, with an bizarre and undecipherably baffling sense of
"humor"--and literally MONTHS after he'd already become an annoying and
unstoppable laughingstock on the group--in the hopes that, in his words,
and I'm quoting here, "Well, one or two people responded, so there must
be some interest..."
