Now that Chairface Chippendale joke from The Tick makes sense...

If (yet another) G.I. Joe update were made, I'd dump CC and Serpentor
entirely and make Destro the main baddie. He's got credibility as a
human being, unlike most other Cobra baddies.

Personally, I prefer Bionic 6's Dr. Scarab. Sure, he was the only
watchable character in the show, but he was more charismatic and less
annoying than most of the blowhards from more popular 80s shows, such
as Skeletor and Shredder.

Terrence Briggs, found a Teddy Ruxpin DVD at Redbox. Time to throw
another 80s baddie on the trash pile.
