I'm halfway through and already bored stiff. Writer Greg Johnson
saved the last Iron Man TV series, but at least there he wasn't
hobbled by the grind of developing a superhero from scratch. Frank
"Gargoyles/Batman:TAS" Paur helped out in directing duties, but this
film, like Ultimate Avengers 1, drags like drudgery. (On the positive
side... uh... well... that Chinese Villianness With a Heart of Gold
has been pumping iron. Man, that sounded wrong.)

By comparison, I'm halfway through Ultimate Avengers 2, and
significantly less bored. Maybe they've finally hit a stride.

Terrence Briggs, saw the new TMNT commercials this morning. I guess
Warner Bros *doesn't * want me to buy a ticket for opening day.
Peace to you...

I thought it was pretty cool, and I rather liked the design logic in the
exosuits.

Um, thought it was originally a Weinstein movie, who made it look like
every other leaden-wisecrack DW-clone Weinstein animated?

Eh. Convoluted plot. Trite characterizations. And lifeless animation
and character design. Inferior, compared with the recent Avengers flicks.
And where's Ozzy Osbourne? :-)

You'll like the last few scenes then. ;-)
