DC COMICS/WARNER BROTHERS BAN ALL PARODIES
No Exceptions!! (Not even for harmless stuff)
Apparently, DC Comics/Warner Brothers have co-opted the word ‘Super’;
any trademark with ‘Super’, is viciously attacked (even if it doesn’t
fly). No exceptions, not even for harmless parodies such as ‘Super
Cockroach’, ‘Super Toilet Man’, and especially ‘Superrabbi’ (looks too
much like Superman – same beard, same hat, same blue and white socks,
same sandals, same yellow shirt, etc…).

“We do not tolerate any competition, none whatsoever”, said Patrick
Larkins, chief council and executioner for DC Comics/Warner
Brothers.
“And we definitely don’t do any funny stuff”, he said.
“Besides, if we had a sense of humor, we’d be comic book writers or
script writers, not humorless attorneys.”
“The Constitution? We banned that two months ago during lunch”, he
said dismissively.
“…And if the government dares to prosecute us, we’ll simply intimidate
them with a Threatening ‘Cease and Desist’ letter, just like we did
with Superrabbi ”.

“…And for good measure, we’ll cancel all their Trademarks,
subscription to Time Magazine, and if absolutely necessary, their
Cable Service ('Nuclear Option’)."

So if you’re planning to use ‘Super’ in your trademark, be very,
very careful; BIG BROTHER ATTORNEYS of DC Comics/Warner Brothers are
watching you, and preparing to slam you with a ‘Cease and Desist’
Letter, OR WORSE!
“Faster Than A Speeding Attorney!!”
