Back again. Here to tell you that I'm collecting signatures for a
petition I made up which is part of a special personal campaign I'm
launching to release all episodes of the late 80s' animated series
C.O.P.S. (Central Organization of Police Specialists). For those of
you who have forgotten or has never heard of the series, let me
explain,
C.O.P.S. (Central Organization of Police Specialists) is a late 80s'
animated series created by DiC Entertainment that aired between
1988-1989. The show aired again in 1993 on Saturday mornings in
syndication as CyberC.O.P.S. to avoid the confusion with COPS, the
reality TV show. The series is all about a team of highly specialized
police officers united together by Former Federal Agent Baldwin P.
"Bulletproof" Vess, who courageously leads them into battle to rid
Empire City of crime and corruption and put the notorious Big Boss and
his army of criminals, who will stop at nothing to pillage, plunder,
and render Empire City into a city of crime and lawlessness, behind
bars.

Ever since February of 2006 Shout! Factory has only release 22
episodes of C.O.P.S. on DVD. But because of poor sales, they decided
not to release the rest of the series on DVD. To me, that's
unacceptable. They should give the series a second fighting chance and
this time, release the complete series of C.O.P.S. -- all 66 episodes,
all full length with high quality and sound -- on DVD. This time,
hopefully, the complete series will have much better sales and more
fans, young and old, who will like this series I would rather elevate
to cult classic than render it as an cold storage underrated show.
Anyone who remembers this will no doubt remember Bulletproof, Mace,
Nightshade, Big Boss, Berserko, Buttons McBoomBoom, and many others.
Even if you don't remember the show or are entirely new to this, it
doesn't matter. All are welcome to place their signatures in my
petition and make it grow so big that Shout! Factory will be more than
happy to release the complete series on DVD.
So if you want to see Shout Factory release the whole series on DVD,
