It was a very Brady afternoon at Kings Island on Sunday. Three former
cast members of "The Brady Bunch," Barry Williams (Greg), Mike
Lookinland (Bobby) and Susan Olsen (Cindy), took a ride on the Racer
and then entertained with four song-and-dance shows, each ending in an
audience Q&A. Fans remember the Brady family's trip to Kings Island
for "The Cincinnati Kids" episode in 1973.

About two dozen enthusiastic park guests rode the Racer with them,
wearing either a blond, pig-tailed wig or a black wig to look like
Cindy and Bobby Brady. For Olsen, it was her first time on the twin
coaster.

"I was very afraid of roller coasters," she said. "In fact, Mike and
his dad took me around the park the night before we would do the
scenes and I'd ride on the small rides, working my way up to this one,
and I couldn't bring myself to do it."

Filming the episode as a child was a thrill for Lookinland.

"We had the run of the place when we didn't have the responsibilities
to actually film the show. We were just kids in a candy store,
basically."

Williams said he enjoyed coming back and noticing all the changes at
the park. "Being here is nostalgic because we were so young and the
park was just beginning," he said. "It was a very special kind of
world we were caught up in. It's nice to know that it's had this kind
of longevity."

Kings Island has changed considerably since 1973, but the fans'
adoration hadn't altered a bit.

"What I enjoy is the continuity of knowing you can come back to a
place, and even though it's grown and changed dramatically, there's
still Brady fans watching us ride the roller coaster just as there was
then," Lookinland said. "The reason we're so happy to do it after all
these years is because it's always been a good experience. Brady fans
have always been good people and good to us."

One fan, Wendy Veasey of Kenosha, Wis., drove six hours to see the
Bradys. "(The Brady Bunch) is better than half the shows on now," she
said. "I can't watch all these reality shows, there's too much
swearing."

Another Brady, Christopher Knight (Peter), has his own reality show,
"My Fair Brady," in which Florence Henderson (Mrs. Brady) once made an
appearance. Williams admits he would definitely be up for "Dancing
with the Stars."
