A Very Brady Day At Kings Island

Last Update: 2:03 pm

Photographer: Tyson Thorp

Kings Island is the place to be this weekend for all Brady Bunch
fans.

Some former members of the Brady gang including the actors who played
Greg, Cindy and Bobby are entertaining park visitors with four live
"Very Brady" audience participation shows.

The event celebrates the 35th Anniversary of "The Cincinnati Kids",
one of the show's most popular episodes filmed at Kings Island in
1973.

Barry Williams, who played Greg Brady, says returning to Kings Island
brings back fond memories.

"It's so nostalgic, such great fun, we just got off the Racer, and it
brings back a lot of memories. Doing the show and being here, also
getting us out of the studio. It's a big thrill, an adventure for us,"
says Williams.

I do remember that episode very well. Wasn't that the one where Cindy
and Bobby kept eating and eating and then when it was time for them to
actually have lunch with the rest of the family they were so stuffed
that both of them actually stood up on the table, removed their
clothes and undergarments and very quickly deposited large brown BMs
(bowel movements) right onto the table? As I recall, Alice took a
look at both BMs (bowel movements) and then commented "looks like
Cindy and Bobby ate some popcorn and peanuts this morning." Wasn't
that also the episode where Greg tries to get into the pants of
someone (who he thinks is a lady) who is working one of the games?
Greg finally gets to put his hand down the "lady's" pants and finds
that he has a huge shlong in his fist.

Did they name an Island after you, Kings?

Have you ever been to Saggie Island?

I don't like to brag Derek, but, yes, they did name this island after
me. Back in June of 1970 I presented a paper at the Univ. of
Cincinnati on the effects of the Ohio River Valley on the consistency,
frequency, and volume of BMs (bowel movements). After presenting this
paper, the good citizens of Cincinnati demanded that local officials
name an island after me. At that point Kings Island was born. I
attended the ribbon cutting ceremony later that year. Instead of a
ribbon, several local politicians formed a line, squatted down, and
allowed a BM (bowel movement) to dangle from his/her bunghole. I was
fortunate enough to be allowed to walk down the line with a scissors
and snip each dangling BM (bowel movement) to officially dedicate
Kings Island. Reliving this wonderful day brings...
