Well, I didn't hate it (my new standard nowadays).
But "Bee Movie" is the TALKIEST animated feature I've
seen since "Waking Life"! Some of the dialogue is
quite funny, especially during the courtroom scene
(bees sue humanity for honey theft); but a lot of it is
filler to extend a half-hour story to feature-length.

Patrick Warburton's screaming routine is getting tired,
and Jerry Seinfeld's whine got on my nerves at times
(the "climactic" airplane ride was more irritating than
exciting). Still, if you have nothing better to do, go
see it... if only for the "Kung Fu Panda" trailer.

Here, you can save nine bucks or pay it to me:
http://movie-list.com/trailers.php?id=kungfupanda

(This would be the early teaser, so the obligatory Dreamworks
Money-Belch[TM] doesn't appear in it yet...That comes with the full
trailer later.)

Derek Janssen (live to serve, check and money order accepted)
