I like the Robot Chicken take on "The Last Unicorn":
"Oh, tis a sorrowful thing to be the Last Unicorn!"
Another unicorn shows up, "Yo! What's up?" and is killed by the first.
"Oh, what woe to be the Last Unicorn!"
